SharedGrounds includes features that help you keep records (messages, calendar events, expenses, documents, and incident logs). Messages, photos, and files can't be edited or deleted by either parent after they're sent, and CourtReady exports show when each message was sent and who sent it.

However:

• We do not guarantee that any record will be admissible in court.
• Requirements for authenticity, chain of custody, and admissibility vary by jurisdiction and by judge.
